How to Play

Move scaffolding onto the grid to begin building your city. Stack scaffolding of the same color to form higher buildings. Combine identical buildings to upgrade them and boost their income. Collect money generated by your buildings to purchase more scaffolding and extend your city. Discover new land by reaching certain income levels. Note that some blocks are color coded, so you can only stack them with blocks of the same color. Strategize to optimize your city's income and reveal all available land.
